Hello, thanks for visiting Pencil Me In online store. We work from our bricks and mortar shop in Elgin and are open Monday to Saturday 9.30am - 4.30pm. You can contact us there on 01340 540 296 or by email pencilmeinshop@gmail.com.

We hold one inventory for our all our lovely stationery, gifts & cards but wee mistakes can happen sometimes our stock count can be out by 1 so please forgive us if something is out of stock. 

Our shop is next door to the post office, and we ship all of our online orders using Royal Mail. We try to keep the cost of postage we charge you in line with the actual cost, if you think the postage cost is out of line then drop us a line and we can amend. We offer free second class postage on any orders over £40. 

We aim to post everything ordered by 2pm same day. We send everything Royal Mail Tracked 48, and there is free postage for orders over £40. Any personalised or custom orders can take a day or 2 extra but just shout if you need something urgently. 

During busy times (mainly December) times can be longer. Please contact us if something has not arrived within these timeframes, Royal Mail always ask where possible that a full 14 days is given for an item to arrive before they will class as missing in their network.  If your item is classed as missing you will receive a full refund for the item including the postage if we are unable to replace the item. 

We don't include a packing slip in the parcel as we think this is a waste of paper. If you need a further receipt please just ask. 

All of our cards are sold in store without a cellophane sleeve and are also sent out this way.

Where possible for larger orders we recycle boxes and packaging that we have received in store.
