Goal Setting & Planning Workshop

1pm - 4pm (Estimating 3 Hours) Light refreshments will be available.
Sarah will be hosting the workshop and bringing her 10 years experience of leading teams, managing people, writing objectives, personal development plans & coaching her staff through their goals. Sarah utilised the goal journal throughout 2019 to achieve several goals, the main one being training & competing in two triathlons.
Utilising the Goal Journal 2020 diary we will together complete a review of 2019, rating and summarising key areas of our day to day lives.
Considering and aligning to your personal values is a critical task in planning how the next 12 months will pan out.
We’ll discuss together our dreams & schemes, how we can create and set a goal to begin working towards achieving these and how this works as a vision board.
During the session we’ll work through a goal (long or short) to ensure we have all practised building a goal and can go on to set more.
Together we’ll review the month and week to week planning offered in the Goal Journal plus the monthly review section.
From the session you’ll receive a small handbook of materials, an the option of a quarter one group review - virtually or in person. Your choice of Goal Journal which you can view here :
We will email you to confirm which colour you would like.
This workshop is best suited to those who are open and willing to share experiences & have at least one goal to discuss for 2020. The workshop is not designed to come up with your goals, but you may get more ideas from the discussions on the day.
